Our turmeric contains more than 7.5% curcumin, one of the highest found anywhere in the world. Curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric that gives it its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. As a result, our turmeric has a bright, golden yellow hue and an aroma that can only come from the high curcumin content.
