Clove
Description
The clove actually isn’t a stick or piece of wood, but actually a dried and unopened flower. These flowers are originally native to the Moluccas, a chain of volcanic islands near Indonesia. Few people ever see the delicate red flowers due to the spice’s popularity.

Our turmeric contains more than 7.5% curcumin, one of the highest found anywhere in the world. Curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric that gives it its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. As a result, our turmeric has a bright, golden yellow hue and an aroma that can only come from the high curcumin content.
